Since 2020, Stewardship Asia Centre (SAC) has been engaging and inspiring young leaders to address humanity's most pressing challenges, from climate change to social inequality. Aligned with our parent group Temasek Trust's mission to promote peace and progress, SAC mobilises youth at a key moment before they enter their careers, equipping them with frameworks, values, and tools to lead with integrity, make tough decisions and build resilience in the face of economic, environmental, and technological disruptions.

Steward Leadership Explorer
This 45-minute session introduces youth to steward leadership, empowering them to embrace their potential in addressing global challenges. Participants will explore the principles of leading with purpose, resilience, and a commitment to positive change. Through interactive discussions and activities, the session inspires youth to take ownership of their actions and become catalysts for transformation in their communities and beyond.
Steward Leadership Pathfinders
This half-day session deepens youth’s understanding of steward leadership by exploring personal stewardship in sustainability, AI, technology, and business. Through discussions, case studies, and hands-on activities, participants develop a purpose-driven, resilient mindset for responsible decision-making. They gain practical strategies to tackle global challenges and drive sustainable change in their communities and industries.

Steward Leadership Odyssey – Overseas Immersion
The multi-day programme immerses students in critical topics such as leadership in sustainability, STEM, financial literacy, and multiculturalism, offering a comprehensive and inspiring development experience. This journey equips students with the knowledge and perspectives to make responsible, informed decisions for their careers and lives.

3IGHACK
The 3IGHACK is a two-day transformative hackathon that empowers 16-to 18-year-old students to tackle three global challenges through creativity, entrepreneurship, and collaboration. It brings together students from local and international schools in Singapore, fostering diverse perspectives and innovation. Participants form interdisciplinary teams to develop solutions for social inequality, climate change, and emotional well-being, culminating in pitching their ideas for potential funding. Guided by industry mentors, students gain early experience transforming ideas into impactful projects.
NextGen Steward Leaders’ Summit
The NextGen Steward Leaders’ Summit is an annual event organised by Stewardship Asia Centre and in partnership with for-profit and non-profit organisations. Youths from various disciplines and institutions will explore how values are integral in tackling existential challenges and navigating ethical dilemmas. Through dynamic discussions and activities, the summit aims to instil in participants a steward leadership mindset that emphasises the pursuit of the ‘greater good’ and fosters meaningful values-driven impact.
In 2025, we partnered with the National Youth Council (NYC) Singapore to host a summit titled “Bridging Values for Tomorrow.”
